Working from home...

I'm sitting here trying to get some work done and I'm listening to Carson and Peyton trying to play together. The Shake and Go track keeps saying..."Racers...shake your cars!" And Peyton keeps yelling "Daddy...get Cardena out of here!" The point of this post is not to point out how they don't play well together but to share Peyton's nick name for Carson. For some reason, Peyton started calling Carson not by his given name but by a made up nick name of Cardena. It'll be interesting to see how long that name sticks. And the funny thing is that sometimes when I'm trying to get Carson's attention and calling him by his real name is not doing the trick I'll say "Cardena!" and he responds! I guess that's how nick names get started!

The first blog....

This is my first attempt at a blog. I just want to have a place to keep track of some of our family experiences. Who knows if I'll actually have time to keep track but the kids are growing so fast and changing every day.
